Today I am writing a little bit of a different type of post. If you are here reading this you are most likely interested in fitness and how to attain it. This most likely means you have tried different things to get fit whether with success or failure you have some experience. Experience is the spice of life.
Today I am starting a series of posts on the topic of different exercises and dive into some of them on a deeper basis. By examining them and comparing them to your needs and wishes in relation to your own previous personal experience we can bear down on what will work for you.
So the question I am asking today is what is your favorite type of cardio and what other cardio exercises have you tried. Please leave your answers in the comments below and check out other people’s answers too so we can all grow and improve together.
Let me share my answers with you and why. My favorite type of cardio is walking but I also do enjoy cycling. Walking is takes more time but you can do it indoors or outdoors. Outdoor walking gets you fresh air and a change of scenery. You can walk different routes and see different things. Another side benefit is that it is a great stress reliever. Going for a walk is also great for your heart and your breathing. I hope this helps you. I look forward to seeing your responses.
